Elevating care and services
The Innovation Department is tasked with structuring the initiatives taken in all the countries where emeis operates. By implementing a policy of Open Innovation, our Innovation Department promotes the various internal and external sources of innovation identified by managers and those working in the field.
Its main focus is on improving the care and services provided to residents, beneficiaries, patients and families in addition to the working conditions of its employees. Such initiatives centre on 4 priorities:
- Care & health
- Human Resources & internal processes
- Real estate & accommodation
- Catering & hospitality
Discussing our ideas, successes and strengths
Our Open Innovation strategy is intended to provide the requisite agility to continue addressing present and future challenges with a view to sharing as many best practices as possible and Group-wide collaboration – both internally and externally.
In this context, emeis kick-started a number of international strategic projects involving several countries to jointly develop new approaches, tools and solutions. Such initiatives serve to accelerate innovation and its subsequent deployment.
Endorsing this collaborative innovation, emeis has established local and Company-wide governance to pinpoint ideas and needs at the grassroots level, while working closely with business lines as well as initiating, partnering with and monitoring progress on projects and disseminating best practices. A team of local Innovation experts forges a close network that is informed of the latest technology and market developments and helps to foster collaboration in-house.
