Capital structure following the capital increases implemented under the Accelerated Safeguard Plan approved on 24 July 2023 by the Nanterre Specialised Commercial Court⁽¹⁾.

Following the launch of the capital transactions provided for in the accelerated safeguard plan, a number of declarations that thresholds have been crossed or shareholder agreements put in place have been received. ⁽¹⁾ As part of the implementation of the Accelerated Safeguard Plan, three successive capital increases were carried out: the Equitization Capital Increase for an amount of approximately €3.9 billion (completed on 4 December 2023), the Groupement Capital Increase for an amount of approximately €1.2 billion (completed on 19 December 2023) and the Rights Issue for an amount of approximately €0.4 billion (completed on 15 February 2024).

⁽²⁾ "Groupement" refers to the acting in concert comprising Caisse des dépôts et des consignations (CDC), CNP Assurances, Mutuelle Assurance des Instituteurs de France (MAIF) and Mutuelle du Corps Sanitaire Français Epargne Retraite (MACSF) Epargne Retraite.
