May Antoun

Mrs. May Antoun is a regional coordinating physician and palliative care expert with the ORPEA Group.

A geriatrician since 1990, Ms. May Antoun was Head of Department of a UGECAM long-term care unit, where she practiced for 20 years.
Currently Vice-President of the Société de Gérontologie de Bordeaux et du Sud-Ouest (SGBSO) and coordinator of the Cercle Aquitaine Alzheimer (CAA), she was a member of the Centre Mémoire de Ressources et de Recherche at Bordeaux University Hospital for ten years.

With a diploma in Palliative Care and Food Hygiene, May Antoun has taught at Bordeaux Segalen University, at the Institut Régional du Travail Social Aquitaine (IRTS) and in nursing schools. She has run numerous training courses in geriatrics.
