Jayne Williams

Jayne Williams has a strong academic and professional foundation in healthcare and business. She began her journey in nursing, earning her qualifications at the Birmingham University Hospital and then focused her career as an oncology nurse before expanding her expertise into the pharmaceutical industry where she pursued an MBA through their graduate program, which equipped her with the skills to transition into leadership roles. This academic and professional growth culminated in her tenure as Sales Director at IQVIA/GlaxoSmithKline PLC, where she leveraged her medical and business acumen to drive further success in the pharmaceutical industry.

First as Managing Director of Peach Professionals, she built a leading healthcare outsourcing provider, later acquired by IQVIA, achieving substantial business expansion and improving patient outcomes through strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Then as COO of IN2AMBITION, Jayne co-founded a multimillion-pound SEED-funded start-up, delivering an innovative unbiased career into schools (primary to secondary & further education) as well as an online learning platform. 

At Schoen Clinic UK, Jayne successfully established the organisation’s brand and strategic marketing which led to significant revenue growth. Prior to this Jayne’s tenure at HCA Healthcare UK drove sales growth, by developing a specialist sales force and digital marketing transformation, all of which optimised patient referral pathways, generating substantial revenue and enhancing both referral opportunities and patient engagement.

As Plasma Lead at NHS Blood and Transplant, Jayne Williams spearheaded the COVID plasma collection strategy, reducing reliance on international imports and ensuring a sustainable supply chain beyond COVID for patients reliant on plasma to survive.

Finally, as CEO of 152 Harley Street & The London Scar Clinic, Jayne has led strategic growth, secured investment, restructured operations, and implemented compliance frameworks, resulting in year-on-year revenue growth whilst enhancing the patients experience and care. 

Beyond professional achievements, she has contributed to healthcare, education governance and supporting women into leadership roles. Serving as a school governor for Alcester Grammar School and as a member of the Marie Curie Development Board, supporting palliative care initiatives. Plus, mentoring and advising women with their career progression.
